As always in my groups, no shame or judgement 🥰 we are supporting members who are taking weight loss medication right now and the support is the same as any other member ❤️ Building long lasting, life changing habits is key and we are encouraging and supporting that in my groups 😀

Abbie’s story is nothing short of inspirational – in just six months, she’s lost an incredible 3st 8lbs (22.7kg) 🙌! How amazing is that?

Hi 👋 I'm Rochelle, the Consultant at Wear Valley Christian Centre and St Helens Parish Centre.

I started my journey 13 years ago, and have been a Consultant for 10 years :)I originally lost 8 1/2st and kept that weight off for years, until pregnancy, paired with the covid lockdown and then losing a very much loved family member was in the mix and I spiralled. I ended up 5st heavier and realising more than ever how easy it is to let life get in the way. I had to dig deep to regain those habits again.

I know weight loss is never easy, no matter which route you choose. But I do know that getting the right support in one of my groups will set you right up for success 🙌 I can relate totally to how you may be feeling, and that understanding is important in my book.
