Why "I'll sort myself out when things calm down" never actually works...

Things don't calm down. They escalate. The to-do list just keeps going (forever).

Your nervous system gets more dysregulated, your capacity gets smaller, everything feels harder.

And suddenly you're running on empty and wondering how you got here (and where the last month has gone).

My clients consistently tell me that the 90 minutes of focused nervous system work can:
Reduce stress hormones (peaceful and bliss are words I hear often)
Shifts their system out of fight or flight and into rest and digest
They are able to think more clearly and are more productive (counter intuitive right?!)

Plantar fascitis, bunions, arthritis don't just cause pain in your feet, the impact your whole body...

Also, summer is coming and your feet want to feel free and fresh after a winter of socks and boots.

Releasing the fascia in your feet has a knock-on benefit to your overall health.

Fascia is connective tissue that runs continuously throughout your entire body - basically it holds us together, so is pretty important. Tension in any part of the fascia leads to imbalances throughout the body. Starting at the extremeties is a great place to start - your feet are your foundations.

Your feet will feel lush. You will boost your detoxification. You will move with ease. You will feel relaxed.

You will feel lighter and relaxed.

'I am really sad that I have ignored my feet for so long'
A client with diabetic neuropathy told me:
'I can't believe the difference I feel in my feet, they are actually warm for the first time in years'

'I don't sound like an elephant stomping around now, I am so much more springy in my step'

Fascia Foot Spa - what you need for the workshop:

Access to Zoom either on your laptop, tablet or phone.

Clean washing-up basin or foot spa basin (somthing that fits both your feet to bathe them)

Towel

1 cup Epsom salts or sea salt

1 cup apple cider vinegar

Optional Fresh ginger or rosemary or both (or essential oils)

Hot water to touch

If you have bunions not too hot.Have a jug of cold water to cool water if needed.

To work into the fascia , a Gua Shu, a spoon or your hands

A loop band, or a long resistance band for toes seated work

A chair (a dining room chair is ideal) or work from the sofa

Join me on Tuesday 21st April 630pm for up to 90 minutes for only £47.

Fascia Pilates:
I've fused classical Pilates with fascia release techniques to address what's restricting movement. Using simple tools like tennis balls, bands, a rolled-up towel, light weights and breath, we release impacted fascia, decompress joints, and get your body moving freely again.
All movements are an invitation to explore what's going on in your body to improve movement, flexibility, coordination, balance and strength.

Breathe, Move, Relax:
Is a gentle, all seated/lying down class. Connection to breath with different breathing techniques to help reset the nervous system, hand and foot self-massage, gentle mobility for all joints and muscles, ending with a guided meditation. Equipment for this class: cream or oil for self-massage, blanket, pillow.

I don't know if it'll work for you, but:

What the research shows is drumming:

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is not only relaxing, it's HEALING!
