I am always tweaking my classes to bring them into line with my current education and understanding of how the body works best...
Fascia Pilates:
I've fused classical Pilates with fascia release techniques to address what's restricting movement. Using simple tools like tennis balls, bands, a rolled-up towel, light weights and breath, we release impacted fascia, decompress joints, and get your body moving freely again.
All movements are an invitation to explore what's going on in your body to improve movement, flexibility, coordination, balance and strength.
Breathe, Move, Relax:
Is a gentle, all seated/lying down class. Connection to breath with different breathing techniques to help reset the nervous system, hand and foot self-massage, gentle mobility for all joints and muscles, ending with a guided meditation. Equipment for this class: cream or oil for self-massage, blanket, pillow.
