I run two different online classes designed for women whose bodies need a different approach. Low-intensity practical movement that actually helps.
Fascia Pilates (Tuesdays & Saturdays, 10am)
Pilates fused with fascia release techniques to address what's restricting your movement. Using simple tools (tennis balls, bands, a rolled-up towel, light weights) alongside breath and gentle movement, we release impacted fascia, decompress joints, and get your body moving freely again.
Perfect for chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, joint replacements, desk-work posture, or bodies that just don't move the way they used to.
Breathe, Move, Relax (Wednesdays, 10am)
Gentle, calming class done entirely seated or lying down. Breathwork to reset your nervous system, hand and foot self-massage, gentle mobility for joints and muscles, ending with guided meditation. Bring cream or oil for self-massage, plus a blanket and pillow for comfort.
Ideal for flare-up days, fatigue, nervous system regulation, or when you need movement that doesn't demand more than you can give.
