🌿 7 years of Bowen 🌿

7 years this week a fantastic group became Bowen Therapists, the journey since has taken me from Cornwall, to Glastonbury, to Iceland and many more places in between.

I’m so lucky to call the therapists and trainers I have met along the way friends and am even more grateful for the client base that have joined me too 🙌

Looking forward to what the next 7 might bring! 💚

🌿Gentle January🌿

I’ve been a little quiet on social media this month. I find January comes with a huge amount of pressure to change lifestyle habits, to change diets, create exhausting exercise routines or all of the above. This month I’ve decided to change just one thing, making time each day to just move in place of scrolling on social media.

Without spaces between notes, music would be a cacophony of sound.

Similarly, the pauses or breaks between moves in Bowen Therapy offer all-important spaces between stimuli for the body to integrate.

The pause is therapeutic... and just important as the move!
