Joined the wonderful Nia at Hope and Wonder Wellness today for a lovely walk around Lymore, Montgomery. A once a month, fantastic opportunity to meet new people, and get out into nature 🍁 No matter what your walking ability, Nia adapts to the group so you may also discover places you haven’t been on the doorstep! 💚

Slightly late post as it’s been a busy week so far in clinic in Bishops Castle after a CPD training weekend not so far away in Shrewsbury. It was great to revisit and fine tune techniques previously learned. Working on achieving symmetry through efficient assessment of Dural Drag, identifying and releasing tissue tensions that are causing dysfunction throughout the body. For clients, this means a more targeted approach to pain relief 🙏🌿

🌿 7 years of Bowen 🌿

7 years this week a fantastic group became Bowen Therapists, the journey since has taken me from Cornwall, to Glastonbury, to Iceland and many more places in between.

I’m so lucky to call the therapists and trainers I have met along the way friends and am even more grateful for the client base that have joined me too 🙌

Looking forward to what the next 7 might bring! 💚

I’ve been a little quiet on social media this month. I find January comes with a huge amount of pressure to change lifestyle habits, to change diets, create exhausting exercise routines or all of the above.
