How many hogs have you found on this year's Gotherington Hedgehog trail so far? 👀

The trail is open until the end of November so it's never too late to get started! And with 310 Hoggywood themed hogs to find, there's lots of exploring to do. 🦔

Trail guides are available every day at Gotherington Nurseries or Tuesday - Sunday afternoons at The Shutters Inn.

On Friday, our team attended the GCPA Care Awards and came away with 2 awards and a highly commended! 🎉

🏆 Amanda won the Dementia Care award for her outstanding support to our clients living with dementia.

🏆 Wayne took home the Digital Care award for introducing digital technologies to enhance the overall quality of care we are able to provide.

This important campaign encourages people to reach out for help if they're struggling, or to someone they feel might need support. 🤝🏻

It also reminds us to make a conscious effort to protect our own mental health where possible! Here are some top tips from Mental Health Foundation on how to do just that:

🏞️ Get closer to nature as it can have a calming effect on us.

🗣️ Talk to someone you trust for support.

💤 Make more time for rest and try to consistently get more sleep.

🏃🏼‍♀️ Try and stay as active as possible.

🍎 Eat healthier as food plays a big part in how we feel physically and mentally.

💚 Plan ahead so that you always have fun activities to look forward to.
