Supporting local fabulous businesses again...
Louise Imogen Elizabeth Dulake found me an appointment when I had been let down. Working in the Clinic on the Green( Bishops cleeve) Lou has years of experience, is really lovely, calm, kind, and talented!! My hair had become a bit of a mess tbh, lou made me feel relaxed, listened to what I wanted, and did the perfect cut, then on Thursday an awesome pink colour !! 💓

So if you're looking for a local wonderful hairdresser, Lou has just gone self-employed, so snap her up while you can!

Lou has evening appointments, too, when the salon is quieter, perfect if you struggle with sensory overload.

As you all know I've been unwell for nearly 3 years now, long covid has caused alot of symptoms which have been made worse by two further covid infections. So recently we decided to look for a cleaner as I find it hard to rest when I can see things to do or when I did have some energy it would be spent hoovering the stairs.... not enjoying life.

Not only did I not feel embarrassed by Bryn coming into our home for the first time because she's so lovely, she totally understands and today I was able to simply say I needed to be in bed, and left her and Jasmine to it.

Also.. Shadows been shedding his coat for winter... it's everywhere !! I'm very grateful and want to share my gem of a find with you lovely lot.
