🌟That’s a wrap!🌟

So today I taught my final class in and it was fab ☺️

This is Emma and her gorgeous Baby O who has found his ideal position in the lap of his mummy 🥰

🌟It’s been a privilege to teach so many amazing over the last 2 and a bit years. It’s been emotional, exciting, exhausting and really, really fun!

🌟I always said that setting up my own business to teach would be what I did when I had my own young children and to say I’m proud that I did it is an understatement.
2 years of building a business and navigating that through a pandemic is a challenge I’ll never, ever forget 🎉💪

I’m onto a new job role after the Easter break and I’m ready for the new chapter to begin for me and my little family. They’re at the heart of everything I do and I couldn’t do it without them 💚

I’ll be back soon with details of any weekend workshops I do and private classes are still available for anyone who is interested🌟

So for a now I’ll say “Toodles!” And I’ll see you soon. I’m taking a break from social media for a bit but I’ll be back 🙌

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way in my training and fundraising for 💕

I’ve taken 13mins off my last half marathon run time so I’m pleased with that and frankly I’ll never be doing it again so it’s just as well 😂

I won’t lie - I got to mile 10 and thought “hmmm I could really go for a cuppa right now” 🤣

But….I’ve done it 🙌

Off for a gentle walk with my gorgeous ones now and a cheeky vino later.

Our IAIM classes always include a short relaxation for parents to ground and welcome them to the activity. Our mission is to nurture, value and love parents, just as much as babies.

Take 2 minutes for yourself 💜

The more relaxed parents are, the more babies are, and being relaxed can help us to learn, reduce stress hormones and improve relationships among the many benefits.

💚This is brilliant - please, please share with any dads you feel may need support 💚

From Monday 4th April, PANDAS will be hosting online zoom support groups for Dads ❤️ 🙌

If you are a Dad and feeling the strain of parenting, or simply want to connect with other Dads, then this is the place for you.

The calls will take place between 20.00-22.00 every other Monday, from 4th April. The calls are drop in, so please feel free to join and leave the call when it suits you within that timeframe.

The group will be hosted by our amazing Dad volunteers, and you will be able to chat to other dads who maybe experiencing a similar journey as you. You will also be able to offer support to other Dads. We hope it will be a chance to reduce isolation and to get more support.

☀️Hellllooooooo!☀️

Happy Super Saturday Folks! How are you? I haven’t posted in a while as the week basically flashed before my very eyes and we’re at the weekend again! But what a gorgeous Saturday we’ve had over here in ☀️

This afternoon I hosted my first Super Saturday Workshop and met 4 wonderful babies and their wonderful parents. It was a snapshot of , and some gentle relaxation for the parents at the end 💜

As it was my first class like this we were completely led by the babies (we always are actually!) and followed their cues as to what to try next. Because of that we didn’t even get to the story massage 📚 part as the lovely little ones were ready for feeding or cuddles after all their activities 💚

I was asked if I’ll be hosting this type of group again seeing as my usual classes won’t be on anymore. If I can, then yes I will! 🙌 I’ve got lots to plan which is really exciting but I also want to make sure you get the best type of class too so I won’t rush into them just yet ☺️

I also didn’t get any photos other than of my set up so here’s a photo of me after a run I just did for my marathon training 🥵 Not my furthest run but a run nevertheless 🏃🏼‍♀️

I’ve got just over 2 weeks left until I run on behalf of and at the moment I’m excited! Although I got my start time this week and my group is called the Cheetahs 😂. Hopefully I’ll be more Cheetah than Sloth on the day 🤣 If you’d like to sponsor me and help raise money for this amazing charity the link is in my stories today 💜

It's normal to feel anxious and paranoid when you first become a parent, and most of us feel like we aren't doing a good enough job 😰

But we're here to remind you that you are doing an amazing job! 🤩 (Even if your mind is making you think otherwise 😠)

So tell that inner chatter to 🤫 and lap up the joys of parenthood 🥰 Because one day you will blink and they will be starting primary school 😱 WHO CAN RELATE?! 😅

🌟Happy Sunday Folks!🌟

So over here at Baby Massage With Lauren HQ there’s been lots going on!

My and courses are in full swing and it’s wonderful as ever seeing the interaction between so many gorgeous babies and their mummies 💕

However…I’ve got some changes to announce as an opportunity has come my way which for the long term is great for me and my little family. They’re ultimately who I do all this for ❤️❤️❤️

🌟As a result I’ll no longer be running courses in or 🙈. But…I will still be teaching privately 🙌

🌟I’m in the process of planning the delivery of these private courses and the best thing, I think, is that I’ll be able to tailor them to you and your family. Got a group of friends and want to learn together in one of your homes? Great! Feeling like you want to learn something new with your baby but not sure about a group class? Let’s plan something together to suit you!

I’m hoping that these bespoke sessions will allow flexibility in how courses are delivered and continue to help you feel supported as a new parent💜

🌟As I’ve been receiving requests for my new terms I felt it was time to update you all and hope that you’ll continue to support me on my new adventure. I love what I teach and I love working with new families but I also know when I need to change tact a little so my family and I get the very best from me!🌟

💚International Women’s Day 2022💜

Yesterday my daughter told me she loved me, her big brother and her Daddy. Then she said something that I hope she feels forever - “I love myself too Mummy”. To say I felt happy and proud is an understatement 💕

We’re working hard to raise 2 children who are kind, caring, free spirited, inquisitive, hard working…the list is endless. But most of all I want to raise them treating everyone they meet equally, fairly and without judgement. I want my daughter to grow up knowing SHE is equal in the big wide world. That just because she’s a girl it won’t hold her back. That she should love herself for everything she achieves and is.
