Today I taught release 110 for the first time. On a rainy Friday morning at 7:45am, a full Studio of 20 beautiful members (that's right... 20 people at that time on a cold and rainy morning!!) shared the space and practiced with me. What a truly wonderful way to brighten up a miserable day. I am so incredibly grateful to the members at for attending my classes week in and week out, rain or shine, and allowing me to lead and share with them this programme that I am so very passionate about. My heart is full!! X###xx
