Prenatal Yoga
My pregnancy yoga classes help with breathing, birth preparation (using methods from hypnobirthing), relaxation, pelvic floor exercises, and maintaining flexibility and wellness for both you and your baby. As a trained Doula, I bring these tools into the classes.
The classes offer dedicated time and space to celebrate women, pregnancy, and birth
—a trusting environment where women can focus on preparing their minds and bodies for the arrival of new life. They are supportive, fun, and provide many tools to assist you during labor.
