Headed by Mike Williams, MWFITNESS caters for individuals with diverse training needs, from professional athletes looking to gain that competitive edge to casual gym frequenters just looking to improve their overall fitness and lose weight. The Training Studio

The studio is situated in an open relaxed environment and offers exceptional privacy and personal space to train and exercise. Our equipment is modern and diverse and the studio is equipped with relaxing facilities to shower and change. The studio has been freshly decorated and offers a fresh yet secluded environment in which to train, the studio is surrounded by acres of open farmland, which is perfect for outdoor training in warmer weather. There is ample car parking for vehicles of all sizes which is, of course, is complimentary for studio clients.

That’s not a motivation problem.
It’s an accountability problem.

Because knowing what to do is the easy part now. There are endless workouts, meal plans, and “what I eat in a day” videos out there.

But none of that:
– Checks in when you’ve had a stressful week
– Adjusts your plan when life gets busy
– Calls you out (nicely!) when you’re slipping
– Keeps you consistent when motivation drops

That’s the difference.

Online coaching isn’t about more information.

As training intensity increases, recovery becomes even more important.

Our hot stone therapy is delivered by our sister company, , located just next door to the gym, making it easy to include recovery alongside training.

The sustained warmth helps muscles relax more deeply, supports circulation, and aids recovery when the body is holding tension or fatigue. It’s particularly effective alongside regular training, helping the nervous system settle and the body reset.

We’ve had some brilliant feedback from clients, especially around how restored and relaxed they feel afterwards — both physically and mentally.
