Yesterday I had the privilege of attending a workshop at The Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth with the wonderful charity Look Good Feel Better 🩷

This incredible organisation supports women going through cancer treatment by giving them a few precious hours to focus on themselves. The workshops are filled with beautiful skincare and makeup products donated by premium brands, and run by volunteers from across the beauty industry who want to give something back.

It was such a special session. I felt truly honoured to spend time with these amazing women, all going through incredibly difficult journeys, yet still finding space to laugh, chat, share advice, learn skincare tips and experiment with makeup together.

Moments like this are a reminder of how powerful a little care, confidence and community can be. I feel very privileged to play a small part in such a meaningful charity. 🩷

Hertfordshire, Essex and Beyond...

At The Retreat Room, I’m so lucky to welcome facial clients from across Hertfordshire and beyond. How often do we need facials?

🌿 Every 4 weeks for targeted conditions and concerns

🌿 Every 6 weeks for maintaining a healthy skin

Whilst consistency is hugely beneficial, any custom-fit professional facial is advantageous to your skin and remember, your at-home skincare is vital for maintaining the results from your professional facials. 🧴

The Retreat Room has plenty of options depending on your time and budget ⏰ 💰

I generally advise having a full facial once a quarter and maintain with the express facial in between. 🧖🏽‍♀️

And I also offer courses for all my facials, which give you your 7th treatment free!
