Norse Client Spotlight: Power Couple Goals! 💪💪

Meet Sandy (67) and Karen (65) — proof that age is just a number and strength knows no limits.

Back in October 2024, this incredible husband and wife team came to me with one big goal: increase their 1-rep max on the bench press. And wow, have they delivered.

Then vs Now:

🏋‍♀️Sandy: From 70kg to a massive 95kg

🏋‍♀️Karen: From 40kg to an impressive 55kg

They hit 80kg and 50kg respectively by Christmas, and haven’t looked back since.

Their consistency, focus, and sheer determination in every single session is nothing short of inspiring. They show up, put in the work, and continue to prove that it’s never too late to chase progress and build strength.

Let this be your reminder: age doesn’t define your limits — your mindset does.
