Understanding My Autism and ADHD is a comprehensive programme designed specifically for young people who have a diagnosis of autism, ADHD, or both. It is tailored to help young people learn more about neurodiversity and their own experiences.

Through interactive sessions, the young people can discuss their strengths, challenges, and strategies for navigating daily life and they will leave with a stronger sense of empowerment in embracing their neurodiversity.

Courses are tailored to different age groups and run both in person and online throughout the year. We have a number of September and February courses open for booking now.

Parents/carers we can't wait to see you tomorrow and this is available to anyone that would like to join us!

A few directions below which will be helpful:

The address for arriving at the school is - Windhill21 School entrance, Scott Road, Bishop's Stortford, CM23 3QJ. The address on our website with the postcode ending 2NE is not accessible to parents and carers during the school day.

Parents and Carers will also need to know that there is no parking on site. Our main entrance using CM23 3QJ has free parking along Scott Road. We have an access road leading into the school which is strictly no parking as this needs to be clear for emergency vehicles. If parents and carers use the address on our website by mistake there is very limited parking only in a small lay by and they will need to walk down to the main entrance a few mins walk.
