Golden-Bliss are excited to be offering our Gong & Sound Baths in this beautiful, newly renovated church, complete with underfloor heating, with easy parking.

We are holding monthly sessions here with the first date of Wednesday, the 21st of January at 7.15 until 8:45 pm. Exchange- £25. You are welcome to come 5/10 minutes earlier to get settled in, ready for a prompt start.

Come and immerse yourself in healing frequencies and soothing vibrations that gently calm the nervous system and nurture deep relaxation and connection to your inner peace.

There’s nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to go, simply lie back, relax, and be.

A sacred space to rest, reset, and receive.
Bring a mat( if you have one) blanket and pillow, and wear warm,cozy clothes.

Nature is the perfect place to rebalance and recharge 💚🙏🏻

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines Breathwork, with meditation, movement and connects our mind, body and soul.

This move is called the tiger and we’re bringing in new energy from the Earth and releasing all that doesn’t serve us back down into the Earth. The Earth composts what we no longer need and gives us new fresh energy…

We breathe in through our nose as we bring them new energy in and as we release down to the Earth, we breathe out through our mouth..

It’s a flushing movement, and it’s also great for flexibility and strengthening our hips and legs.

You should try it, it’s a lovely practice. 💚
