Church Street Partnership would like to let our patients know, that we cannot yet prescribe weight loss injections. The NHS is still putting the new service in place. Only a very small number of people will meet the strict eligibility criteria, and those who do will be invited directly. Contacting the surgery will not speed up the process and increases our administrative workload, which may delay care for all patients. Please be assured we will get in touch if and when you qualify. Thank you for your understanding and patience. For further local guidance please visit

You may have seen news that a new weight loss injection called Mounjaro® will soon be available on the NHS. Here, we explain how and when this medication will be phased in for patients who meet eligibility criteria.

🎄We recognise that the Christmas and New Year break can be a difficult time for victims of domestic abuse.

👮 📱We are always here to help day or night and we can help even when it’s not safe for you to speak.

Each month we receive dozens of silent 999 calls where we are needed immediately.

😟The majority of these calls are from people suffering domestic abuse, who often can’t say much but urgently need our help to escape a desperate situation.

Dialling 5,5 after calling 999 alerts police operators that you need help but are in a situation where you can't talk.

📱Pressing 5,5 lets the 999 operator know your call is genuine, and they will try to track your location. If you can't speak, listen carefully to the questions and instructions.

📱Find out more on our website How to make a silent 999 call | Hertfordshire Constabulary
