Today started at one of those i wasnt sure I was going to make it though.
Honestly my period was due and about 24 hours before I feel so tired I could fall asleep standing up.
But we got there!
After 3 bloody cracks at breakfast and freezing my arse off in the park.
I managed a 20min yoga set because my body is literally made of wood and a 20min strength workout.
It was amongst the chaos!!
Im really trying to embrace these small wins and maintaining the habits and at the minute I am just making it up as I go along.
I can feel that challenge itch though.
Marathon? Triathlon? New hobby?
