I am so proud of my Alpha Osteopathic and Health Clinic team of osteopaths, physios and clinical massage therapists! We’ve all attended one of many in-depth shockwave courses covering both radial and focus shockwaves. With many years of experience in treating and rehabilitating of more complex tendon and muscle pathologies we also work extensively with spinal and nerve pain. And because we are very keen to treating ourselves we are probably the healthiest team of therapists in town😂!

Unfortunately we are in another lockdown. Although I am able to stay open my screening process before offering an appointment changes and I will be prioritising urgent cases. We will be weighing out risks vs benefits and and discussing PPE protection.

It has been a very different year for everyone and a Christmas ahead like never before. I hope you all will stay happy, healthy and with positive thoughts for a better New Year 2021.

I have worked all year without a break and through both lockdowns and will be closing the practice for the week of much needed rest. I will be running only an emergency clinic on 28,29,30th December.
