The single goal of the foundation is to provide its customers with a holistic approach to health, fitness & well being. This is achieved by combing the skills, extensive experiences and qualifications of both Dan & Liz. In 2020 Dan & Liz opened the Norse Fitness & Rehab Centre, In Clavering (Essex/Hertfordshire Boarder). This bespoke venue offers a private indoor & outdoor gym and a treatment room

A huge GOOD LUCK to our very own Victoria from Norse PT, who is taking on the incredible MoonWalk London tonight! 👟✨

Victoria (as most of you know 😂) is one of the loudest, funniest, most energetic people around — so we have no doubt she’ll keep spirits high for every single mile of this 26.2 mile overnight walk across London! 🌃💪

She’ll be joining Andy and many other amazing local people, all walking together to raise money for an incredible cause — breast cancer charities 🎀

Wow… what a morning! Thank you so much to everyone who came out and made our 10-year Boot Camp celebration so special — it was amazing to see so many of you there!

Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen today.and thank you to all the Norse long suffering boot campers who have somehow managed to make this work for over 10 years!!!!

We raised over £360 in donations today alone for Against Breast Cancer, and I know many people have donated on line also. Thank you so much 💓
