This weekend I had the absolute pleasure of hosting an exclusive yoga retreat for my special friend and her wonderful friends .

The weather was amazing

The region was beautiful

When I have been on the floor in this life, it was women who came to sit with me. Women who reminded me what I am made of and pulled me up.

This menu is planned with love & vast knowledge on how to support our hormone health as we age .
The day will begins with a 2 hr restorative practice followed by this beautiful feast and Q&A with Nesh .

Golden Glow Shot
• Ingredients: Fresh turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, a dash of cayenne pepper, and a touch of raw honey.
• Benefits: Anti-inflammatory turmeric and ginger support hormonal balance, while lemon aids digestion and liver detoxification.
Lunch Menu
Starter: Nutrient-Dense Loaded Houmous

This retreat is taking place at the stunning St Greens Place in rural Essex and aimed at women in peri, menopause and beyond.
The day begins with a welcome circle, restorative yoga, 5/6 gentle poses over an hour with gentle massage and assists, followed by a 30 minute transformative hypnosis session.
We will break for a nutritious homemade lunch in the garden kitchen and some time to enjoy the house. will be leading the afternoon offering insight into practical ways to mitigate symptoms, balance hormones and create a healthy approach to the menopause years.
Expect to leave feeling relaxed and empowered. Limited places available, we hope to see you there. 💫🙏💫

I have been a thousand different women, actress , backpacker, party girl , sales demonstrator , birth educator , doula , reflexologist , yoga teacher, mum , daughter, sister , auntie , wife ......

Others might see that as a weakness, I don't . After I left college I travelled the world for 3 years working my way around many countries through the southern hemisphere . When I came home aged 21 I set up a successful sales business with my sister . We smashed it for 10 years , with concession in , , . We sold innovative products at the biggest events in the UK , it was extremely successful BUT I wasn't happy .

I made a change .

After the birth of my children I retrained to become a Hypnobirthing coach and doula , including complimentary therapies into my skill set .

For a decade I supported thousands of couples to have a positive birth experience and now my course can be bought as an online programme .

I have now completed over 400 hrs of yoga training and I love sharing this experience in my yoga classes, workshops and retreats . I believe I have found my dharma ✨, my purpose .

We are all born with unique gifts that we are meant to share with others in order to raise the vibration of the planet.

As Picasso said , "The meaning of life is to find your gifts , the purpose of life is to give them away . "

Finding your dharma is often a winding path that requires great fortitude and courage . I am evolving and I am growing , I have never seen myself defined by any one thing and I hope I've passed that strength onto my children .

So don't dim your light to fit in , if your light is too bright for others let them swipe on by . Because you my friend are made to shine bright . 🌟💫🌟
