🌿 Thursdays at Meadowbrook are always full of fun and connection!
💪 This morning, we welcomed Glenn, our residents’ favourite Physiotherapist, who got everyone moving with gentle exercises to help improve strength, balance and mobility — and plenty of smiles too!
🐹 Later, our Animal Club dropped by with some special guests — guinea pigs, geckos, frogs and even African snails! Interacting with animals brings so much joy, helps reduce stress and offers a wonderful sensory experience for our residents.
🎨 To finish off the day, students from The Bishop’s Stortford High School joined us to lead a creative activity. Spending time with the younger generation always lifts spirits, builds confidence, and creates lovely moments of intergenerational connection.
