Stop sabotaging your fat loss without even realising… 👀

These are some of the biggest things keeping people stuck:

❌ Weekend & Holiday Overeating
A few treats here and there are fine. Constant “I’ll start again Monday” isn’t.
Progress comes from what you do most of the time, not some of the time.

❌ Guessing Your Calories
Healthy doesn’t mean low calorie.
Nuts, oils, granola, avocado… all great foods, but very easy to overeat if you’re not aware of portions.

❌ Only Doing Cardio
Sweating isn’t the same as fat loss.
Weights build muscle.
Muscle raises your metabolism.
Both together = best results.

❌ Slashing Calories Too Low
Extreme diets lead to:
• Low energy
• Poor training
• Muscle loss
• Burnout
Sustainable always beats aggressive.

❌ Drinking Your Calories
Lattes, smoothies, juices, alcohol…
Easy to consume, hard to notice, very calorie dense.
Liquid calories add up FAST.

❌ Being Inconsistent
One bad day won’t ruin progress.
Quitting will.
Consistency beats perfection every single time.

Fat loss isn’t about being perfect.

This week has been jam-packed 👇

• Family walks & quality time 🚶‍♂️👨‍👩‍👧

Motivation is great… but it’s not reliable. 🔥
Some days you’ll feel unstoppable, other days you won’t feel like starting at all.

That’s why results don’t come from motivation.
They come from habits.
From showing up even when you’re tired, busy, or “not in the mood.”

Use motivation to start.
Build discipline to continue. 💪
Trust your routine more than your feelings. 🧠

Let’s talk about Slimming World.

On the surface, it looks supportive.
But underneath… it teaches a really unhealthy relationship with food.

🍽️ Foods are labelled as good, bad, syns, free
🍽️ Overeating “free foods” is still encouraged
🍽️ Guilt, fear, and food rules are baked into the system

That’s not food freedom.
That’s diet culture with a friendly face.



There’s also zero real education around:

• Women’s hormones
• Muscle maintenance
• Muscle building
• Metabolism adaptation
• Why your body changes with age

Instead, everyone gets the same plan, regardless of:
– lifestyle
– stress levels
– training history
– hormonal health
– past dieting damage

One-size-fits-all fat loss isn’t normal.
And it’s definitely not sustainable.



If a plan:
❌ makes you scared of certain foods
❌ relies on rules instead of understanding

Birthday month. Home gym built, Maisy smashed her 10k race, and even more epic transformations rolling in.

Work trips to Dubai, family trips to the Devil, and many, many bike rides.

Max joined his first football team, boys’ golf trip to Portugal, and a family holiday in Dubai.
