Wendy teaches face to face at her tranquil Pilates Studio for up to 6 people. She also teaches Zoom classes online and is available for 1-2-1 s at her studio and corporate classes at your place of work. Wendy uses a full spectrum of equipment from Foot Rescue Loops - Spine Fitters - Ladder Barrels, Arcs and Reformer.

As a lot of you will already have seen from my recent walking/training posts … this weekend is finally the London to Brighton Ultra Challenge 😅✨

100km continuously through the day and night from London to Brighton.

A few of you already know I’ve previously completed Jurassic Coast and London to Cambridge ultras, but this one feels especially meaningful to me because I’m doing it “In Her Footsteps” in memory of my Mum ❤️

Over 50 years ago, she completed the same route wearing ordinary work shoes, and I’ve always loved hearing that story growing up. So this year I finally decided it was time to take on the challenge myself alongside my brother Marcus Collings with Symon Medley being our support team in my trusty Viano.

I’m also raising funds once again for Great Ormond Street Hospital, who have looked after both Poppy and Lily over the years and will always hold a very special place in our hearts ❤️

At Woo Wellness, everything we do is about movement with meaning… and this one feels especially close to my heart 💛

In May 2026, my brother and I will be taking on the London to Brighton Ultra Challenge — walking 100km together In Her Footsteps 👣

Over 50 years ago, our Mum walked this very same route herself, in work shoes, with quiet strength and determination. It’s a story that has always stayed with us, and now it feels like the right time to follow in her footsteps.

As many of you know, I’m a big believer in what the body can do when we support it with care, consistency, and a bit of courage — and this challenge will be all of those things (and probably a few blisters too 😅👣)

I’ll be raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital, supporting children and families through some of their toughest times — something that feels especially meaningful as a mum.

Next week in class we’re using one of my most-loved pieces of equipment - the Spinefitter.

I’ve absolutely LOVED teaching at the United Reformed Church this week 💛
It’s a beautiful, calm space with plenty of room to move – and the feedback from classes has been really positive.

Because of this, after Easter I’ll be moving my very popular Wednesday 9:15am Studio class over to the URC, starting:

This means there are now a few rare spaces available, and pre-booking is open while they last.

🌟 21-Day Gut Cleanse - My Experience & Results

This 21-day gut cleanse reset was never designed for weight loss, and that’s important to say upfront. I did it because I was dealing with brain fog, digestive discomfort, a hernia, skin issues, low mojo, and that feeling of not quite being myself anymore.

What I got back was me.

One of the biggest shifts was mental clarity. The brain fog lifted, my head felt clearer and calmer, and I felt properly “switched on” again. My digestion settled, my hernia felt calmer and less reactive, my skin visibly improved, and my mojo returned - confidence, motivation, and a genuine sense of feeling good in my body.

By the end of the 21 days, I honestly felt like the best version of myself - grounded, energised, and really happy in my own skin.

The physical changes were a by-product, not the goal. Weight loss wasn’t the aim, but it was an added bonus nonetheless. I don’t focus on the scale - I track body composition, including muscle mass, bone, water and fat, using a home DEXA-style scan. Across the board, the results were impressive. Over the cleanse I lost 5.4lb and nearly 7 inches, with the biggest changes around my waist, abdomen and neck, classic markers of reduced inflammation rather than muscle loss or restriction.

What I loved most is that the changes were even and balanced across my body. My shape stayed intact, there was no stress response, no rebound, and no sense of depletion - just a calmer, leaner, better-regulated body.

This didn’t feel like a diet. It felt like a full reset for my gut, hormones and nervous system - everything softened and recalibrated together.
