Come and experience a Sound Journey with Essentient Sounds ✨
Wednesday 4th February | 6:30pm – 8:00pm
📍 Held at The Healing Grove
You are warmly invited to an evening of deep rest, resonance and reconnection.
This soundbath is a gentle yet immersive journey, where layered frequencies from gongs, bowls and subtle instruments guide the nervous system into stillness. There is nothing to do, nowhere to go, just to simply allow the sounds to wash through you.
Sound has a way of softening what is held, settling the mind, and bringing the body back into a natural state of balance. Each journey is intuitively held, meeting you exactly where you are. Spaces are £15.

If you would like to come and experience a gentle style of yoga, tuning into and connecting with your body, then this session is perfect. Emma is an incredible teacher, and is very supportive throughout the session. All ability levels are welcome. The Session is from 7pm to 8:30pm.

Join us at The Healing Grove for a soul-deepening Cacao Ceremony, where the heart-opening spirit of ceremonial cacao meets the tender, transformative energy of the Pink Moon.

Together we will:

Sip ceremonial cacao to open the heart and awaken inner clarity

Journey inward through a guided Pink Moon meditation

Be held in the healing frequencies of sound woven into ceremony
