✨Why I Run — And It’s Not to Lose Weight!✨
I get asked this a lot: “Are you running to get leaner?”
The answer is no.
I run because:
🏃♀️ It clears my head.
🏃♀️ It makes me strong in my own body. 💪🏼
🏃♀️ It reminds me I’m capable and I do love a challenge!
🏃♀️ It’s time I spend with myself, away from the noise.
🏃♀️ It keeps my bones, joints and cardiovascular system healthy.
As a physio, I believe movement should be about how it makes you feel, not how it makes you look.
Let’s normalise exercising for joy, for resilience, for mental clarity — not punishment or appearance.
