That's a Wrap for 2025 🎄

As I closed the door yesterday, I was feeling so grateful for every patient who’s walked through these doors and trusted me with their care — it truly means more than I can say. It's been busier than I ever imagined.

The clinic will be closed for the next two weeks while I take a break with family, but I’ll be back refreshed and ready for 2026.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year. Thank you for making this year such a special one 🤍

🌅 A summer well spent 🌅

Now in the last few days of the summer holidays and soaking up family time before the little ones head back to school. It’s always a bit of a juggle balancing childcare and work, but these moments are worth every second.

Summer has been full of fun, I’m looking forward to routines settling back in — which means business as usual in clinic from next week.

🌿✨ Just had an amazing stay at Wi******er Sustainability Camping! ✨🌿

From the peaceful surroundings to the eco-friendly setup, everything was designed with comfort and care for the planet in mind. 💚

We loved our first family of 5 camp trip, waking up to birdsong, exploring the countryside, and knowing that our stay supported sustainable practices. 🏕️🌱

Can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a getaway that’s both relaxing and responsible. 🌍💫

✨Why I Run — And It’s Not to Lose Weight!✨

I get asked this a lot: “Are you running to get leaner?”
The answer is no.

I run because:
🏃‍♀️ It clears my head.
🏃‍♀️ It makes me strong in my own body. 💪🏼
🏃‍♀️ It reminds me I’m capable and I do love a challenge!
🏃‍♀️ It’s time I spend with myself, away from the noise.
🏃‍♀️ It keeps my bones, joints and cardiovascular system healthy.

As a physio, I believe movement should be about how it makes you feel, not how it makes you look.

Let’s normalise exercising for joy, for resilience, for mental clarity — not punishment or appearance.

🏞️And because I just love to take in those views!!! 🌅
