Death is one of the few things every single one of us will experience.
Yet most of us have nowhere to speak about it honestly.
No space to talk about grief.
Fear.
Loss.
Ageing parents.
The young dying too soon.
Terminal illness.
Funerals.
What happens after death.
How we want to live before we die.
So many conversations stay trapped inside people because society has taught us that death is uncomfortable, morbid or something to avoid.
But avoiding it does not stop it touching our lives.
This Thursday, I’m holding a Death Cafe.
A gentle, open space to have real conversations around death, dying, grief and the human experience.
Sometimes speaking about death teaches us how to live more fully.
If you feel drawn toward these conversations, this is your invitation.
