As many of you already know, I’m going to be part of a pantomime this year! And this year we are doing Dick Whittington at The Point in Eastleigh. So if you haven’t already, go get yourself and your family, friends, colleagues etc. tickets!! It’s a great show for all ages and this year we also have a relaxed performance on Saturday Morning (11th January). It’s so much fun and what better way to wash away those January blues?! Nick made me yummy Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Black Olives for lunch! 😋 and then in the afternoon we decided to go on a long walk up to Upham and obviously had to have a mandatory stop at (half way point) and then before getting home made a second pub stop at .bw for a drink and a meze board! Happy Monday Everyone!

What a busy day it’s been today. Started the day off right with Skimmed-Milk Coffee and prepped my lunch for the day. Once I got home, I took Betty for a walk and very kindly made me dinner! It was delicious and really low in calories! Win, win 😍😋

As you all know, today is my last day officially on plan! I can’t believe it! What a reset it has been. I’m so proud of myself for sticking it out and getting back to feeling comfortable and less bloated. Not only that, I feel so much better in myself, both mentally and physically. This diet really is amazing and so life changing. I’m forever grateful for this diet and for my sister, for getting me started a whole decade ago!!

As I reflect back on the last 10 years, wow, so much has changed, many ups and downs, but I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for this rollercoaster we call life. We all need a reason for being. Believe in yourself and always be kind to yourself and others. Always trust that all will be ok even when at times it may not feel that way. You can literally achieve anything you set your mind to. We’ve all got this! We’ve got the power to self-love and achieving our goals! ♥️

What a lovely weekend it has been. They go by far too quickly don’t they? Today I started the day with a Coffee with Skimmed Milk and late morning travelled to Romsey with Nick and Betty to meet our lovely friend, Gemma for brunch at - highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the area. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and accommodating 😊♥️

Afterwards we all went to watch Claire .ard2010 play rugby! Her and her team smashed it! Well done Claire 👏🏼🎉

Then later, came home for a much needed chilled evening on the sofa binge watching America Horror Story. We heated up our dinner from yesterday as we made enough for two nights, and I’m so glad we did! And of course, needed a 1:1 Diet Product to end the evening on a high! Salted Caramel Bites felt like a good fit tonight.

Hello February!

Can’t believe we’re here. What a month January was! Although January is over, my journey still continues. I will be continuing to follow Step 5 until Monday and then my maintenance journey will resume once again! I’ll do my final weekly weigh-in on Tuesday and will then maintain. I’ll do a weigh-in on 1st March to see what my weight is and to ensure I’m staying within my suitable and most comfortable weight range! I’ll of course share this you all 😊

Today I had a team meeting where we have reps come along and they bring lots of nice snacks, food and drink. I opted to have a Hoisin Duck wrap from as it was a reasonable amount of calories. Later I had a Shake ‘n’ Go Shake and made a homemade pizza for dinner! All in all a good day and stayed within my daily calorie allowance 😊
