Happy Monday Everyone!
What a busy day it’s been today. Started the day off right with Skimmed-Milk Coffee and prepped my lunch for the day. Once I got home, I took Betty for a walk and very kindly made me dinner! It was delicious and really low in calories! Win, win 😍😋
As you all know, today is my last day officially on plan! I can’t believe it! What a reset it has been. I’m so proud of myself for sticking it out and getting back to feeling comfortable and less bloated. Not only that, I feel so much better in myself, both mentally and physically. This diet really is amazing and so life changing. I’m forever grateful for this diet and for my sister, for getting me started a whole decade ago!!
As I reflect back on the last 10 years, wow, so much has changed, many ups and downs, but I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for this rollercoaster we call life. We all need a reason for being. Believe in yourself and always be kind to yourself and others. Always trust that all will be ok even when at times it may not feel that way. You can literally achieve anything you set your mind to. We’ve all got this! We’ve got the power to self-love and achieving our goals! ♥️
