🎉 GOOD NEWS FOR TEAM WHISPERS! 🎉

We are delighted to share that Whispers Care has been awarded a GOOD rating following our recent full and comprehensive inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

This result reflects the dedication, compassion and professionalism of our entire team. The inspection reviewed every aspect of our service, including safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, leadership and the quality of care provided, and confirmed that we are delivering reliable, person-centred support to the individuals and families we serve.

The CQC recognised our commitment to:

✅ Providing safe and well-managed care
✅ Treating people with dignity and respect
✅ Supporting independence and wellbeing
✅ Maintaining strong governance and leadership
✅ Working cllosely with families and healthcare partners

Achieving a GOOD rating across our services is something we are extremely proud of. It affirms the culture we have built: one rooted in kindness, accountability and continuous improvement.
We would like to thank our staff for their hard work and dedication, as well as the people who use our services and their families for their trust and valued feedback during the inspection process.

They’ve all made a fantastic first impression, engaging brilliantly throughout the sessions and already showing great enthusiasm for their new roles. We’re confident they’ll be a real asset to , and we’re excited to see the impact they’ll make as they settle in 😁

🚀 2026 is off to a FLYING start 🚀

Three new recruits have started their journey with us this week, and are all working through induction training with Steve. While their faces are covered for now, we can already say we’re thrilled to be welcoming three highly experienced carers to the team.

They all bring a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and hands-on experience, and over the coming days they’ll be getting to know the values, culture and standards that separate from the rest.

We’re proud to be growing our care team with such strong, skilled individuals - and we can’t wait to introduce them properly later this week! 💙
