A big well done to our office team, who spent some time today learning CPR with Ian and Mick from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

It was a really valuable session, giving us the chance to learn skills that could one day help save a life. While we all hope we never find ourselves in an emergency situation, knowing what to do and having the confidence to step in can make all the difference.

We're always keen to learn new skills and grow our knowledge, and today was a great reminder of how important training can really be, not just in the workplace but also in everyday life.
