We have had a busy week, Thursday we had a trip to the garden centre and enjoyed browsing in the store then had some delicious cakes and coffee. We have got competitive with target practice and hoopla….lots of fun and some fantastic high scoring. And the hairdresser came on Thursday, some gorgeous hairstyles for our ladies xx

Happy New Year from all of us at Alisa Lodge! We had a great Hogmanay singing and dancing, we watched the Steamie and had a wee tipple……love and best wishes for a fantastic 2026 from our house to yours xx

Now that 2025 is coming to a close, I want to send a sincere thank you to all our amazing staff, residents and their families. The fantastic teamwork and amazing support from everyone that we have received throughout 2025 has meant so much and Ailsa Lodge wouldn't be what it is today without it. So with a deep felt thank you, I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy 2026. Thank you for all that you do! And a massive thank you to the families who generously handed in gifts for the staff which were very much appreciated.

We had a visit to castle sample for an end of year walk, it was a beautiful day, very cold but we all had fun. The lovely Loki decided he really liked our residents and posed for a few pictures with us much to the delight of us all

Our first visit of the week from Carli’s kindergarten, we are all feeling very much full of Christmas spirit this week. A great big thank you to Park Mains high school who came along on Tuesday and sang some beautiful carols for us and gave each of the residents a gift! We are very blessed to live in a community that really cares. Thank you to everyone and a very merry Christmas from Alisa Lodge.
