This Saturday I’m running a 6 hour simulation as part of the build towards my 150 miles in 24 hours challenge
📍 Central Park, Dargavel Village (700m loop)
⏰ 8am–2pm
This is one of the key sessions of the block — not just time on feet, but:
• locking into first 1/4 race pace
• practising fuelling (80g carbs per hour)
• learning how to manage effort over time
I’ll be aiming to hold a pace of 8:45–9:15 per mile to simulate the first 6 hours of race day.
