Move Through Menopause is back

I’m so pleased to share that the next Move Through Menopause course will be starting again on Tuesday 28th April -6.30-8.00 pm.

This is an 8-week course designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause and post menopause with the right blend of education, movement and support.

Each week we’ll cover key topics such as:
• Hormones and what’s really happening in your body
• Nutrition to support energy, mood and weight
• Sleep, stress and mindset
• Strength training and movement for long-term health

Alongside this, you’ll experience a variety of movement sessions including yoga, strength work and other fitness styles to help you feel stronger, more confident and more in control of your body.

This is not just about exercise, it’s about understanding your body and learning how to support it through this stage of life.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure what to do next, this course is for you.

I’m currently taking a little time to practise what I preach. Focusing on eating well, moving gently, breathing deeply and allowing space for rest and restore.

Another year of professional development reflection and re commitment to excellence.
As I continue my work through Integrated Health and Fitness I remain deeply committed to ongoing education supervision and evidence informed practice not just as a requirement but as a professional responsibility to those I support.
Health and wellness is an evolving field. Research changes. Best practice develops. Client needs become more complex.
Which is why I prioritise continuous learning advanced training and reflective practice alongside my day to day coaching teaching and mentoring.
As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Advanced Menopause Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer I regularly invest in further qualifications specialist training and professional supervision to ensure my work remains:

✔ Person centred
✔ Root cause focused
Health coaching and wellbeing support are not yet fully regulated professions which means standards can vary widely. For me maintaining recognised credentials professional memberships and CPD is about accountability integrity and protecting the people who place their trust in me.

An energising yoga-based class combining cardio and strength training using light to moderate weights.

What to expect:
A mobility-focused warm-up
Sun Salutations to build heat
High-repetition strength and core work
A flowing yoga sequence with weights—the Sculpt element
A nourishing stretch and cool down
