Move Through Menopause is back
I’m so pleased to share that the next Move Through Menopause course will be starting again on Tuesday 28th April -6.30-8.00 pm.
This is an 8-week course designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause and post menopause with the right blend of education, movement and support.
Each week we’ll cover key topics such as:
• Hormones and what’s really happening in your body
• Nutrition to support energy, mood and weight
• Sleep, stress and mindset
• Strength training and movement for long-term health
Alongside this, you’ll experience a variety of movement sessions including yoga, strength work and other fitness styles to help you feel stronger, more confident and more in control of your body.
This is not just about exercise, it’s about understanding your body and learning how to support it through this stage of life.
