I am a Health and Wellness Coach, 350 hour Yoga teacher, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and a level 5- Nutritional Therapist.
�Personal Trainer- offering 121, couples and group training in person and online. Options are in your home/garden or outdoor park PT sessions. I also offer PT in a private gym based in Chobham. I am certified to coach and train Junior and Older persons with my

current age range of 13-84.
�Group Exercise Instructor- teaching at Lightwater Leisure Centre, Wentworth Golf Club and Places People Camberly. I can teach Circuits, Boxing, Aqua, HIIT, Yoga, Body Conditioning, Stretch and Tone.
�Yoga teacher-350 + hour. Specialising in Freestyle, Sculpt Yoga and Hot Yoga. I also run my online Zoom classes with a membership platform:

Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Dysfunction: Learning to Support Others Better

Sacroiliac joint dysfunction can lead to deep discomfort in the lower back, hips and even down the legs often misread as sciatica. It’s something I see show up in clients with hypermobility, postnatal changes, or after injury.

I’m deepening my knowledge and continuing my studies to better understand the SI joint and how it impacts movement, function and quality of life.

By learning more, I can better support clients to build stability, move with confidence, and reduce pain so they can feel stronger, more at ease in their bodies and empowered in everyday life.

Excited to be delivering the Move Through Menopause course at Places Leisure Camberley.

Last Tuesday marked the start of our 12-week expert-led programme, developed in collaboration with Menopause Movement. It’s designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause with evidence-based guidance, movement and a supportive community.

We focus on building strength, energy and confidence in a safe, supportive space.
From gym based training, Aqua, Spin, climbing to yoga and more, it’s about finding what works for you and feeling empowered every step of the way.

I am proud to share that I have added another qualification to my toolkit – I recently certified as a Menopause Coach through Menopause Movement

My commitment to lifelong learning is rooted in my passion for supporting women through every age and stage of life. Whether it’s navigating perimenopause, menopause or beyond, I am here to help women feel informed, empowered and in control of their health and wellbeing.

This qualification deepens my ability to support clients with evidence-based guidance, compassionate coaching and practical tools to live a healthier, happier and more balanced life.

There’s something so uplifting about seeing kids get genuinely excited about moving their bodies and trying all-natural smoothies.

Whether it’s through fun games, dance, outdoor play or family fitness challenges, helping children discover that movement can be fun is a game-changer.
