I am a Health and Wellness Coach, 350 hour Yoga teacher, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and a level 5- Nutritional Therapist.
�Personal Trainer- offering 121, couples and group training in person and online. Options are in your home/garden or outdoor park PT sessions. I also offer PT in a private gym based in Chobham. I am certified to coach and train Junior and Older persons with my current age range of 13-84.
�Group Exercise Instructor- teaching at Lightwater Leisure Centre, Wentworth Golf Club and Places People Camberly. I can teach Circuits, Boxing, Aqua, HIIT, Yoga, Body Conditioning, Stretch and Tone.
�Yoga teacher-350 + hour. Specialising in Freestyle, Sculpt Yoga and Hot Yoga. I offer 121 sessions. I also run my online Zoom classes with a membership platform:

� Level 5- Nutritional Therapist. Nutrition and living a long and healthy life is a real passion of mine. I can individualise a program to meet the clients goals or requirements.

Why Ongoing Professional Development Matters in Health Coaching!

Another year of professional development reflection and re commitment to excellence.
As I continue my work through Integrated Health and Fitness I remain deeply committed to ongoing education supervision and evidence informed practice not just as a requirement but as a professional responsibility to those I support.
Health and wellness is an evolving field. Research changes. Best practice develops. Client needs become more complex.
Which is why I prioritise continuous learning advanced training and reflective practice alongside my day to day coaching teaching and mentoring.
As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Advanced Menopause Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer I regularly invest in further qualifications specialist training and professional supervision to ensure my work remains:

✔ Ethical
✔ Current
✔ Person centred
✔ Root cause focused
Health coaching and wellbeing support are not yet fully regulated professions which means standards can vary widely. For me maintaining recognised credentials professional memberships and CPD is about accountability integrity and protecting the people who place their trust in me.
