We have an amazing interview for you today with CBS Bowen tutor, practitioner, mindfulness teacher Kathryn (Kate) Hamer.

Kathryn very openly through her story of suffering with debilitating addiction and how allowing her mum to treat her with Bowen not only helped her totally over come the crippling carpal tunnel syndrome she had, having been told that surgery was the only option and that she would never work with her hands again, to gaining almost total relief in just 3 sessions and realising that it had also given her her first taste of peace in her long history of drug addiction.

This remarkable story, one thankfully with a very happy and inspiring ending is testament to how truly amazing Bowen Technique can be in the lives of those who receive it.
