Following the Social Model of Disability we enjoy exploring ideas & issues that interest us, bother us & things that make us smile. DDArts is a community of friends with learning disabilities. We enjoy exploring ideas and issues that interest us or bother us and enjoy celebrating the things that make us smile. Different Drum Christmas Parties over the years. Starting from today and going back to 2017. Watch as we get younger!! A smaller group this year as 2 members couldn’t make it. One of them is our lovely Kerry who we miss very much. We hope you feel better soon Kerry ❤️ It was also Paul’s birthday today!! Happy Christmas everyone.

Jemma brought her selfie stick in today to help with a scene in which Emily’s character (Michelle) takes a selfie.
This level of initiative indicates there is ‘buy in’ and that an individual is invested in what is happening. It has really helped with the scene. Thank you Jemma. There have been lots of examples of this happening amongst the group. It is great to witness ☺️
