Job Description – CSNW Field Care Supervisor (Driver Role)
Reports to: Registered Manager,
Location: Blackburn and surrounding Lancashire
Pay (Pro-rota) Varies dependant on experience.
Contract Permanent
Hours: 10-16
Days of the week: Flexibly Over 7 days per week
Job Purpose:
A Field Care Supervisor is a senior member of the care team who oversees the delivery of care with care delivery. They act as a support function to support management.
The duties of a Field Care Supervisor are to, monitor/mentor and supervise the care staff in the community as well as directly supporting clients when needed. Driver is essential for this post.

Job Role:
The duties and responsibilities of a Field Care Supervisor are varied. The role of a Field Care Supervisor is to lead a group of Care Assistants to ensure they’re delivering high-quality care.

Some of the key responsibilities of a Field Care Supervisor include:
• Administration – Recording and documenting business documents
• Communication – building good relationships with both clients & care staff
• Compliance – ensuring the business is compliant & managing data sensitively
• Customer Service – always providing great customer service
• Delivering Care – providing care & being available for out of hours on-call services
• Organisation – Delivering timely supervisions/mentoring
• Quality Assurance – conducting regular spot checks/ mentoring of current teams.
• Scheduling – arranging initial home visits to understand needs of prospective clients
• Supervising – reviewing performances & upskilling mentoring staff
• Training – supporting care staff with training needs through 1:1 Mentoring
