Our Trek Talk in Burnley Burnley Family Hub has been successfully running for 22 months now, join us to see what all this fuss is about. A pram friendly walk, with friendly faces and banter to blow the Saturday Cobwebs away and get those kids outside. Finish off with a brew and some snacks. What could be better? 🫶

Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 is here, and this year, we're celebrating the power of community in supporting our mental wellbeing.

We are Shine Coaching, a local mental health organisation working with men across our community to tackle issues like anger, communication, and emotional wellbeing.

Through one-to-one coaching, referrals from doctors, and support for local businesses, Shine Coaching is helping men step out of the dark and into a more connected and supported way of living.

Whether it's through open conversation, practical tools, or simply being heard, Shine is building stronger communities, one person at a time.
