Any questions please contact me. Hello, I'm Kirsty, a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. With extensive experience working with clients from diverse age groups and backgrounds, I have supported individuals facing a wide array of challenges. These include depression, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, relationship dynamics, body image concerns, confidence and self-esteem issues, miscarriages, adolescent issues, OCD, phobias, assertiveness, and boundary setting. I also have significant expertise in supporting survivors of domestic abuse and have worked extensively with clients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from various therapeutic techniques to provide the most effective support. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their concerns and work towards healing and personal growth.
