I’m a Trauma-Informed Mental Health Nurse with over 37 years’ frontline experience, specialising in mental health education, CBT-based training, breathwork, and 1:1 mental health support for individuals, workplaces, and community organisations.
My work focuses on helping people build understanding and confidence in recognising, responding to, and talking about mental health — with compassion and evidence-based tools.
I offer:
• 1:1 mental health sessions and wellbeing support
• Breathwork for stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation
• Bespoke training and workshops for teams and organisations
Topics include:
• Anxiety, low mood, and depression
• Menopause and mental health
• Suicidal thoughts and crisis awareness
• Coping strategies and CBT skills

I’m trained by the British Menopause Society to deliver CBT for menopause (1:1 or group sessions), hold a teaching and assessment qualification, and am currently completing my Breath Coach training. I’m also a Naloxone and Mental Health First Aid Trainer & Assessor.
My training sessions focus on education and empowerment — helping people understand mental health, apply CBT-informed solutions, and strengthen self-care. Participants leave with the confidence to:
