Today's post is a special one from me. In the first lockdown we stood outside our doors praising and clapping as well as thanking our NHS for their dedicated work in this pandemic. Now we need to pray for them as well as thank them many are falling ill with covid. Staff rates are high as well as deaths. Yesterday we sadly reached 50 thousand deaths to covid which is devastating. I myself have seen covid positive patients. I want to say thank you to all NHS staff 💙 your awesome your amazing and despite been knocked down you come up fighting. I'm still selling these wristbands to raise money for our nhs. Lockdown 2 - Rainbow Thursday 🌈
So today’s the first day of the second national lockdown....
A few things to make things feel easier
❤️ You got through the last one and you can get through this one
🧡Learn and reflect from last time, there’s no pressure to be so busy and productive every day, so take it easy
💛Winter means darker mornings and nights so keep talking to people to feel uplifted
💚We are all strong enough to get through it, don’t give up
💙 Remember it won’t last forever, there is light
💜 There is support out there if you need it, talk to friends, family and use local and national support services if needed
We are all in this together again, be safe, be kind and be you 🖤
And lets say thank you to all the key workers, teachers and essential services who are carrying on 🌈

Hey you lovely sparklers 💕
How are we all holding up. Its been a tough week so far for me, as I'm sure it is for many of you. When I started my journey in the NHS 💙 7 years ago I never imagined it would change so dramatically as it has done. As we cope with the next wave we need to keep strong and not lose sight of why we are where masks why we are washing our hands and why we are keeping our distance. Frontline workers for the NHS are now faced with a new routine which we never had before. Some are showering at work before they leave. Like myself we change into uniform at work. After the shift we change into clothes go home tired and sometimes exhausted to do it all over again the next day. It's tough but we do it cause we care. Stay safe stay strong

Prayers and loads of love❤️ whose mum is currently in hospital ☹️ we wish her a safe and speedy recovery ❤️

Get well soon mum!
So as you may be aware my mum was taken to hospital and because of pandemic restrictions I can’t go and visit her, it’s awful knowing she is in pain and no one can see her. 😢 Thankyou for all the messages last night I had so many like 100s and it took a while but replied to everybody - your all superstars 😊
I wasn’t going to grid today but I wanted to give my amazing mum a shout out, she’ll see this in her hospital bed and it will cheer her up 😊
So let’s see the power of and drop her a message below or even just some flowers emoji 💐
I understand we can’t visit because of rules but it is difficult!
She has been on the frontline for the nhs throughout the pandemic showing strength and passion so I know they will look after her in the best possible way

With last night changes and new restrictions, I thought it was a perfect day to say thank you to all the key workers along with some of my instapals 💙
So I was asked in April to be a sponsor for and with great pride, I am to sell 15 of our wristbands (5 men, 5 women, 5 kids) to help raise fund for their charities. 💙 £5 per wristband
