Another fundraising donation to the East Lancs Hospice today from Bowman Court .

Earlier this year we entered the gardening competition and we won the category of Best Main Entrance .

Bowman Court regularly raise funds for the East Lancs Hospice. The Court Managers daughter decided to have her hair cut off and raised £625 to be donated to the Hospice whilst her 26 inches of hair will be donated to The Little Princess Trust making wigs for children with cancer.

I think my resident was over the moon with her treat box donated by Asda Blackburn. All flat numbers put into a draw and this lady's came out.

We have started to accrue a good selection of eggs donated by the residents. These will be donated to children within the community .

So pleased to hear we won 2nd place for the Share A Smile competition. £150 prize to the court for the residents to decide on how they spend it 🙂 Just one of the many fun events we hold on court.
