📍 LOCATION: Carmarthen
💰 SALARY: £47,520.40
⏰ HOURS: 42 hours per week
(Approx. 18 hours on the floor as a nurse – 1 x 12-hour shift in Week 1, 2 x 12-hour shifts in Week 2)
Coben are looking for a passionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join a Leading Nationwide Care Company we are working with for a purpose-built, 20-bedded nursing service in Carmarthen, providing expert care for people with physical disabilities and complex health conditions. 🌟
This role is central to supporting the manager in leading and supervising our dedicated staff team to deliver exceptional care in line with our values of wellness, happiness, and kindness. You'll work closely with the local community, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure our residents can live full and independent lives. 🤝💖
