Important Notice Regarding Dears Pharmacy - Armadale

We would like to let our patients know who choose for their precriptions to be sent to Dears Pharmacy in Armadale that there opening hours are changing -

From Wednesday 1st April 2026 the new hours will be -

Monday - Friday 09:00am until 05:30pm ( Previously 6pm )

Weekend hours remain the same.

Cases of measles are on the rise.

So it’s important to be aware of the signs and symptoms: cold-like symptoms sore, red eyes that may be sensitive to light a high temperature, small greyish-white spots in the mouth, a rash made up of small red-brown, flat or slightly raised spots.

This may be harder to see on brown or black skin. Find out what to do if you think you, or someone you live with, has measles at nhsinform.scot/measles

On Wednesday the 11th of March between 12:30 -18:00, all practice staff will be partaking in essential training, our phone line will only be open for medical emergency's only during this time. We will re-open as normal at 08:00am on the 12th March.

Nicola’s – Supporting Women in West Lothian.

From March, our sessions will now be open to young women aged 16 years and over, widening access to support at an earlier stage. We hope this will allow more young women to benefit from a safe, welcoming space focused on mental health and wellbeing.

We are also pleased to confirm that our new Bathgate venue at ISM Psychology, 19B South Bridge Street, Bathgate EH48 1TR, will begin on Saturday 14th March, running from 10:00am – 12:00pm (2nd and 4th Saturday of each month).

Our West Lothian College (Compass Point) sessions will continue on the last Friday of each month, 10:00am – 12:00pm.
