Rehabilitation is a core part of what we do across all our Therapies services, as is the data needed to evidence our impact. We're proud that we have been able to contribute to the Community Rehab Alliance data submission with examples from our services.

The CSP has called for workforce and funding to match policy priorities in its submission to the government’s consultation on the future of NHS England.

Congratulations to Leanne Kinder Trainee ACP Frailty/Long Term Conditions and all our Therapy colleagues who have worked with the ELHT Improvement Team and partners across the ICS to improve assessment and management of Frailty. Next phase will focus on integrated neighbourhood teams, care planning and health inequalities. Receiving the ELHT star award for Improving Safe Personal & Effective Care.
