A little about Reiki and other holistic treatments I offer.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique rediscovered by Mikao Usui. Reiki treats the whole person emotionally, physically and spiritually through the transmission of universal life energy, to balance and strengthen the body’s energy centres or Chakras, based on ancient eastern techniques. Reiki can be used for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through all living things. If your life force energy is low, then you are more likely to become sick or feel stress, when it is higher you are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki will help you feel calm and at peace, helping to achieve a greater sense of well-being. Reiki promotes greater harmony and balance in your life, helping you to respond more calmly to life’s challenges. Reiki complements all medical conditions and increases the self-healing power inherent in all.
During a Reiki session the practitioner places her hands lightly on the body in a variety of positions. You are normally lying down and always remain fully clothed during the session. Everyone feels Reiki differently, some feel a slight tingling or sensations of warmth, others just deep relaxation. You may find yourself in a deep meditative state or you may just feel rejuvenated and energised. Each session of Reiki is a personal interaction with you, the therapist, and the Reiki energy. No two sessions are ever the same because we are constantly changing energetically. Reiki is suable for everyone and the gentle energy is easily adapted to most medical conditions/ It can be used safely by people of all ages including children, newborn baby’s and pregnant women. Being complimentary, Reiki works effectively alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies expanding treatment options
HYPNOTHERAPY REIKI COMBINED SESSION
I am a qualified solution focused hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, I am now offering Reiki-Hypnotherapy combined session, you can experience the benefit of both treatments together, each treatment compliments the other. A Reiki-Hypnotherapy treatment is approximately 90 minutes and is £55 Hypnotherapy is highly effective for reaching many goals, and is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety and gently treat depression. Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation, achieved through focused attention. While in this trance like state, the unconscious mind is highly receptive to new perspectives and ideas, this is an ideal state for the use off imagery and positive suggestion to bring about change. It is an ideal time to implement other therapeutic processes, namely Reiki, since the whole system is already primed for change and healing.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION
Past life regression is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover what practitioners believe are memories of past lives or incarnations. Some people try past life regression simply out of curiosity to see who they were in the past, but for most it is a path for personal growth and healing.
Unresolved issues from past lives may be the cause of problems and ailments in this life, when we revisit past lives and examine the experiences that have formed the roots of current fears and phobias we can heal the memory, with my experience as a hypnotherapist I can help you to make the connections between past lives and present life, helping you to make peace with the past life, and help you to release emotional and physical impressions from past lives, so you can let go. I can help you to reframe traumatic events while you are in the trance state safely. Past life regression can also help you to see personal relationships in a new light.
Past life regression is healing, you were born a soul rich with both the wisdom and scars from many lifetimes. Past life regression can heal the soul by healing the past.

Reiki for Mind, Body and Soul Healing and Relaxation
Reiki can be developed and utilized by anybody. People often find that they are drawn towards Reiki and the Reiki Master best suited to attune and guide them. When you have had a Reiki attunement, your energy, vibration and aura shift for the rest of your life. All of my Reiki training courses are small, friendly groups allowing lots of time for practising.
REIKI LEVEL 1 – PERSONAL GROWTH AND HEALING
Reiki level 1 is all about self healing, helping you to connect back to your essence which is your divine energy. Reiki level 1 will start your journey of self discovery so you can become your own inner healer.

CONNECT WITH YOUR ANGELS
Our angels are with us at all times to help and guide us safely through life. We should think of our angels as loving companions who walk by our sides providing unconditional love and assistance . Your angels are standing by waiting for every opportunity to connect with you.
I offer a three hour workshop for individuals or small numbers. I will teach you how to connect with your angels . How to communicate with your angels and how to listen to their response. We will do angel meditations, prayers, and affirmations. I will teach you how to use and read angel cards. One of the most important habits we can form is meditation, it can help you to become more peaceful, more focused and less worried about every day problems, meditation can be used to clear the mind and rejuvenate the body and soul. Learning how to meditate can transform your life, Today more and more people are becoming interested in learning how to meditate and learning the art of mindfulness.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals have been used for healing since ancient times, by many different cultures. Crystal healing uses the natural minerals of the earth. Each crystal has its own unique life force or energy, unique colour and vibration. These unique healing vibrations are introduced to your body and aura, to heal and balance you.
Crystal healing brings body, mind and emotions back into alignment. This wonderful treatment also helps relieve mental and emotional imbalances, as well as treating physical ailments, aches and pains.
Crystal healing is a holistic treatment that works on all levels of a person. Crystals conduct light and colour and naturally bring a lightness into your being. Everyone’s experience is individual, but you may experience any of these effects; relief from aches and pains, more energy, detoxification, restful sleep, relief from stress, feeling calm, greater clarity and focus emotionally.
Crystals can help release old emotions giving you a sense of well-being and balance spiritually. Crystal healing is suitable for everyone and the gentle energy is easily adapted to most medical conditions. Crystal healing is also beneficial as a combined treatment with other holistic therapies.
During a typical crystal healing session I will first establish how your health and well being are, emotionally and physically. I will then choose the crystals most appropriate for you, to clear and boost your energy field and I then balance your chakras to revitalize you.

CRYSTAL HEALING WITH REIKI COMBINED
Crystal healing and reiki compliment each other. This combined treatment uses crystals to clear and balance your seven main chakras, including a full-body crystal healing layout, with crystals specifically chosen for your needs, followed by a Reiki healing session to help you feel more balanced mentally, physically and spiritually.

CRYSTAL FACIAL WITH REIKI
Crystals vibrate at different frequencies and help bring our faces and bodies into sync so they can glow,. This natural form of energy stimulates the neurological system and sends positive signals to the brain and body. When crystals are placed on the face’s natural energy points or pressure points, they literally absorb heat and release it. The heat that’s being released often presents itself as tension and puffiness in specific areas of the face. We often show our emotions on our face when we are stressed, angry or fearful. Crystals can be used on our bodies and faces to help release stress. The cold stones on the skin can help constrict lymphatic drainage of excess fluid, which can reduce puffiness in the face.
I start the treatment with a relaxing facial using organic products, followed by a facial massage, which will encourage the removal of toxins and help reduce fluid retention. Crystals will be used on your face to gently stimulate cell renewal. I then place a crystal grid on your face, which activates facial acupressure points. These are left on your face for 30 minutes and during this time you will receive a reiki treatment on your head and face. This will charge the crystals, relax you, and balance your chakras.
