So I like to think I'm a lot better at the work I do as a therapist than I am at social media. I consider myself to be authentic and genuine and I'd much rather have a conversation with you than sit behind a screen, that's just me. I don't post for the sake of posting, if I have something I want to say I'll say it. Last week was neurodiversity week, which is one of my areas of specialism, I felt an immense pressure to post then my own ND stepped in and I didn't, fears, overwhelm, what to say, I live it which is why I relate to my clients. It's not about putting on a show to the world, trying to prove myself as a practitioner, I am not the expert but I care deeply and If I can help I will.
