We are rolling out more digital technology into our services, and we’re seeing a real, positive impact for our customers and their families.

We’re using the Careium Abby with more of our customers – and it’s already making a big difference!

Worn as a simple pendant, Abby gives peace of mind to both the wearer and their loved ones. If something happens, our team is instantly alerted – either by the wearer pressing a button or by the device itself, and with a built-in speakerphone our monitoring staff can speak directly to them to offer reassurance.

Thanks to built-in GPS, we can also see where the person is, which means we can send help quickly – whether they’re at home, out for a walk or doing their shopping.

It's all about helping people feel safer and more confident while living independently.

We know many of you rely on your telecare alarm for peace of mind. By 2027, the UK’s landline system is being upgraded to digital technology and we want to make sure this transition is smooth and worry-free for you.

If your telecare alarm connects to a landline, it may need upgrading to keep working properly. No one will be left without support, help is available.

Good news:
