I've noticed this last week or two that fellow therapists are posting about late cancellation or no shows and thought how lucky am I that my clients don't do this!
Thought to soon!
Yesterday 2 clients cancelled both at less than 24 hours lucky me could re arrange one and the other paid his cancellation charge
This morning woke to a cancellation so waited all morning for next client who rang 25mins before appointment to say she can't come!
Full morning of no one turning up!
Rant over going to meditate 😔

As you are aware the cost of living has increased but I'm not making things worse for anyone! Prices will stay the same but I order for this to happen I am having to implement a cancellation policy.

From this weekend any cancellations will be charged at £10 for less than 48 hours notice and full appointment price for less than 24 hours.

Wow that was a manic night. It took me 2 hours to get through all the messages and sort appointments for everyone! Thank you so much the response has been amazing and I am now fully booked till 23rd July.

Following today's news I can now reopen!!! I can't do oriental face massage but all other treatments are ok!
I'm taking bookings now for next week.

After just watching the latest lockdown relaxed measures update, I am gutted to inform you all that I am still unable say when I can reopen

I can imagine you're all as gutted as I was to hear the news, so for now we will just have to keep waiting for when the time is right to open back up and get you all booked back in for your long overdue treatments.

Could all clients please be aware that apparently Brownhill roundabout is closing 9-5 Monday to Friday for the next 3 weeks! I have no idea how the diversions will work or the best way to get here!
