REIKI LEVEL 1 – PERSONAL GROWTH AND HEALING

Reiki level 1 is all about self healing, helping you to connect back to your essence which is your divine energy. Reiki level 1 will start your journey of self discovery so you can become your own inner healer.

Course content:

Introduction to Reiki and discovering the history of Reiki.
Reiki principles.
Learn about the seven Chakras and energy systems.
Learn how to become a channel for the Reiki energy (life force energy).
Meditations.
Receive Reiki attunements.
Learn how to do Reiki self-healing and learn the self-healing hand positions.
Learn how to give others a Reiki treatment.
Discover the wonderful ways that Reiki can be incorporated in your every day life.


Reiki 1 manual and certificate are provided at the end of the course.
