Our aim is to provide a fully equipped and relaxing space for the practice of yoga or similar activities and to operate on sound environmental and community based principles - meaning that where possible we source environmentally friendly products and are also mindful of the business choices that we make. We welcome all members of the local community to come and experience any of the classes we ha

ve to offer, we also have yoga classes for children with special needs and are aiming to extend this work. If you are a teacher and are interested in hiring space for workshops or classes please see Studio Hire for further details and photos. We are fully equipped from eco rubber mats to locally made buckwheat bolsters and lavender eye bags. We also have a large changing room/therapy room.
