Sometimes when we feel low, it can be hard to get moving. Motivation disappears, and even the smallest tasks feel impossible. You’re not alone in that.
The work I do in my sessions is all about helping people gently push past that stuck feeling, step by step, without guilt or self-judgment.
A little tip for those moments when procrastination is winning: just do the thing.
At first, it might feel like climbing a mountain… but if you keep going, even in tiny steps, it starts to break the cycle of ‘lack’. Your brain notices your effort, adapts, and slowly motivation begins to trickle in.
It’s not about perfect progress…it’s about showing up for yourself, even in small ways. 💛
