Your mind needs care just as much as your body. 🧠💛

Sometimes when we feel low, it can be hard to get moving. Motivation disappears, and even the smallest tasks feel impossible. You’re not alone in that.

The work I do in my sessions is all about helping people gently push past that stuck feeling, step by step, without guilt or self-judgment.

A little tip for those moments when procrastination is winning: just do the thing.

At first, it might feel like climbing a mountain… but if you keep going, even in tiny steps, it starts to break the cycle of ‘lack’. Your brain notices your effort, adapts, and slowly motivation begins to trickle in.

It’s not about perfect progress…it’s about showing up for yourself, even in small ways. 💛

And pressure to feel motivated already 🫣

But your feelings don’t need a fixing
And today doesn’t have to be blue
Just ride the wave 🌊

If you’re feeling flat
Overwhelmed
Or a little disconnected

It doesn’t mean something is wrong with you
It often just means you’re human,

So let today be softer
Give yourself a break
Lower the bar
Breathe a little slower

Last year I planted a seed 🌱
‘I’m going to run a half marathon.’

At a time when I was actually struggling in other areas of my life.
Feeling stretched.
Overwhelmed.
Not quite myself.

So achieving this means more to me than just the miles 🏃‍♀️

It didn’t happen by accident.
I had to plan my runs.
Build them up slowly.
Get the right trainers.
Stay consistent when it felt hard.
Stay focused when life felt heavy.
And I raised money for a charity close to my heart 💛

Looking back now…
I’m really proud of me.

Because self belief doesn’t come from confidence.
It comes from keeping promises to yourself even when life feels tough.

And this is exactly what I help women do.

🌸 January Can Wait

January can feel like a race…everyone’s talking about diets, the gym, the ‘fresh start’

And you know what? It’s totally okay if you’re not doing any of that.

Some days, just keeping going is enough. Some days, showing up for yourself, your family, your work, is more than enough. 💛

Lighter days are coming…The sun will feel warmer, your energy will shift, and step by step, things will ease.

You don’t have to push yourself today. You don’t have to fix. You just have to be gentle with yourself. We’re all in this together!
