The Reset Retreat is back again and I cannot wait to share this space with you 💕

🌿 Activities will be confirmed soon, but you can expect a nourishing mix of practices to restore your energy, lift your spirit, and help you reset.

This year, please note: most of our spaces are shared rooms, perfect for bringing your bestie, sister, or being open to connecting with other like-minded women. Sharing often brings the magic of late-night chats and soul-nourishing connection 💫 However this is one option of a room to yourself so let me know asap!

Prices vary which I’ve based on being fair to bedroom set ups.

🌟 Something a Little Personal… 🌟

As many of you know, the heart of my work is helping people heal, grow, and move forward…often from experiences that shaped them in childhood. So today, I’m sharing something very close to my own heart.

In just a few weeks, I’ll be running a half marathon in support of NACOA - the National Association for Children of Alcoholics. Their work is incredible: supporting children and adults who grew up in homes affected by alcohol dependency.

Their mission really speaks to me, and I know that for many, unhealed childhood experiences can quietly shape our confidence, our relationships, and how we show up in life and can even develop into addictions as a way of coping!

I used to run alot but not so much recently & never this far but this cause has given me the push to say YES and challenge myself. 💪
