Last week we received our inspection result: Outstanding in Care. I can’t fully put into words how proud we are of this achievement.
The inspection recognised the dedication behind everything we do, noting:
“The registered manager, admin team and staff had worked hard to continuously raise standards and enhance people’s quality of life. Staff members told us the management team were very supportive and approachable. The provider had excelled in their support of workforce wellbeing.”
It also highlighted the culture we’ve built together:
“People told us they felt listened to and staff said they felt able to approach the management team with any concerns.”
And most importantly, it reflected the heart of our service:
“The provider was exceptional at treating people with kindness, empathy and compassion and in how they respected people’s privacy and dignity.”
This was one of the toughest inspections I’ve ever been through, but also one of the most rewarding. It reminded me why I’m so proud to run a care company that truly cares about its clients and consistently goes above and beyond for both the people we support and our staff.
It’s not an easy job—far from it—but moments like this make every challenge worthwhile. we are so proud.
