John from Vincent Place has jetted off to Tenerife to celebrate his birthday week! 🎉✈️ He played a big part in planning his holiday, and with support from Izzy, Zoe and Sharron, everything came together perfectly. The adventure has already begun with plenty of smiles at the airport. 🌞

Elizabeth recently took part in a survey and was delighted to receive a £20 voucher as a thank you. With support from Manager Heather, she converted it into a Primark e-voucher and enjoyed a shopping trip into town today. After a tasty breakfast of bacon, sausage, toast, and tea, Elizabeth treated herself to two lovely pairs of pyjamas. 🛍️☕👚

Jarek had a great time going to Pizza Express with staff, enjoying the chance to relax and share some good food. The highlight of the outing was when Jarek decided to be brave and try a slice of lemon. The moment it hit his tongue, his face twisted into the most hilarious expression - somewhere between shock, regret, and determination. It was a funny moment, and even Jarek couldn’t help but laugh at himself! 🍋🍕

On Sunday, Brittany from Birchwood Lodge celebrated her 26th birthday! She had a wonderful time in the communal lounge with her friends and staff, enjoying plenty of singing and laughter. Brittany loved opening her presents and was delighted with the beautiful unicorn cake baked by staff member Mandy, which she shared with everyone. To round off her special day, Brittany’s family visited in the evening, making her birthday complete. Happy Birthday, Britt! 🎉🦄🎂

We had Vicky Marie who offered to sing for us at the weekend. It was lovely to welcome her to our home, she entertained us for an hour and did this voluntary. The residents said she was lovely and the show and singing was brilliant, they have all asked her if she will come back again. We can't wait until next time. 🎵 🎤
